Property Service Visits:

What happens during a property service visit?

A property service visit is an opportunity to check on the overall status of your home and ensure that everything is in optimum condition. Company representatives will use state of the art software technology to complete a property assessment. This report is customizable to your specific property and will be emailed to you, complete with photos. The following are some of the things that will be assessed during your monthly service visits.  We will conduct a complete visual inspection of interior and exterior of residence, which includes but is not limited to: 

Home Exterior: 
  • Ensure all locks are secured on windows and doors
  • Inspection of windows for water entry, leaks, or attempted home intrusion attempts
  • Inspection of exterior air conditioner unit for visible issues 
  • Ensure proper pool maintenance is being performed
  • Inspection of landscape maintenance 
  • Inspect lanai cage for damage
  • Bring in mail, flyers, hangers, and newspapers on exterior of home
  • Running/driving of automobile
Home Interior:
  • Check ceilings for signs of roof leaks 
  • Visually inspect plumbing for signs of leaks 
  • Visually inspect for signs of mold, mildew, or water damage
  • Check hot water heaters and drip pans
  • Cycle all air conditioner zones
  • Flush all toilets
  • Run all faucets
  • Run Garbage Disposal
  • Run Dish Washer
  • Check electrical panel for tripped breaker
  • Check interior of garage
  • Run garage doors
  • Run elevator
  • Inspect for insect infestation
  • Check smoke detector status 
  • Check refrigerator and freezer for proper operation and temperature control
